Went out of his way to take us for a test drive without prior appointment. The TV screens are a very interactive way to select car and optional extras. The vehicle handover was very professional in fact one of the best ones I had.

Brad Roy was excellent , lots of contact and advice. No presure , very friendly . Test drove a couple of cars and was extremely helpful in the buying process . So pleased with the car .

Josh from Barretts BMW Canterbury is always so helpful and responds to emails / queries quickly. Bought a few cars from him now, can't fault him or Barretts in anyway.

Have always dealt with Chris Pay and have found him always very helpful and has time to talk to you about things. Ordered BMW Active Tourer and it took 7 months to arrive Chris keep me inform through that period. Excellent service

We dealt with Isaak and Ashley at BMW Canterbury and they were a pleasure to deal with. We had one issue around the electric charger offer but this was resolved with the help of both Isaak and Ashley.

My car went in for the MoT & service - a fault was identified with a leaky differential. After negotiating with Barrett's they agreed to see the car a month later to re assess the fault. This resulted in the fault being repaired under warranty.

The actual service was excellent, wasted 1 day annual leave from work when i could have booked a timed slot and waited just 2 hours instead of the 8 hours i actual had to wait.

Overall very good. One niggle was the checking in system. I had done this online, and had to repeat the exercise in the showroom. I requested that the camera system be installed in my online check in, but that didn't picked up and couldn't be done.

The customer service person who was dealing with the premature failure of the water pump in our X5 was efficient and communicated well as to actions she was taking to resolve the situation.This attitude gave me confidence that it was moving forward.

Complimentary wash and vacuum prior to collection wasn't offered and once again my headlights were left in the 'Off' position (rather than automatic) indicating the return checklist wasn't followed (I've raised this several times before).

Apart from the digital check-in process and slight delay in collection the politeness of staff and quality of service was excellent. The digital check-in is probably a BMW driven decision rather than a Barretts one but very impersonal.

I hated the new arrival system where a scantily dressed girl with a clip board told me to put my keys in a filing system type box and basically indicated i could leave. As i was collecting a loan car i did manage to talk to Regan about the service.

There are some scratches that have appeared after the wash. MPG value has gone down a little after the service. If anything, it should go up.
