to fetch your car in with a problem to be told there's no problem and then we'll charge you for it. I don't think it's very good practice After a long discussion they decided to deduct the diagnostic charge off

Overall Barrett's offer a very good service , My only criticism was not be told our car was ready for collection .

the service quote was reasonable but I then received video appraisal of the car several hours later with an additional £400 of work identified. After a follow up call some of this work was not needed.

It's happened before with my other car , I bring the car to you for a reason and come out with other faults on the dash I'm very disappointed
