When you offer a complimentary wash, then half do it, it's not that great really. Ie the hand print on the bonnet is still there. Looks like the mats were vacuumed but the glass inside wasn't done either. Parts department very helpful though.

I just can't put 5 stars as this MOT ended up at just over £2000 although one expects a car to cost as ot ages I still found this a lot if unexpected costing. However I can't fault the communication and the car is running smoothly.

Resubmitting, as your system had an error. Poor service. Failed to follow up on offer on request to sell car. Quoting unnecessary work Seals (roof) have been like that since new. Funnily never picked up by Barratts Ashford during warranty.

A bit disappointed about my inspection. It showed i had 4.0mm tread apart from 1 tyre at 3.9. That triggered a recommendation for a new tyre! The 1800 for 3 new wheels. Nothing mentioned about the quacking noise my charge flap makes!

All staff were polite and efficient in answering all questions. The car was ready to collect at the time i had requested with no issues.

I was booked in early and greeted on arrival. Later in the morning I was sent a short video explaining everything which needed to be done to which I agreed. One part had to be ordered which meant the car staying in overnight which wasn't a problem.

I was repeatedly misled throughout the experience, told the quote I provided was 'wrong' and subsequently overcharged. I was also told the dealership would call me - they didn't, causing massive disruption.
