I was kept informed on progress, collecting the car was an enjoyable process. There is an issue with the front 12v socket, which is being resolved currently.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we ordered the new car over a year ago, but Chris has kept us informed of the progress regularly. There were no problems and the new X1 is amazing, we are still finding our way around the improvements.
