I came in to the canterbury office . I've never seen such unprofessional behaviour at the desk . Staff eating , loud laughing. I also waited for 2 hours to be seen when i was told it would be a quick job .

Your process for handling company car services needs serious and swift attention. Your staff need to communicate with each other no body knew what was going on. Service was booked 10 days before and still no authorisation obtained.

Really good customer service from a quick but thorough check in showing all options and walking me through everything. Offered a hot drink if and an area to chill out to complete any further paperwork or to wait for a lift. All of the staff were real

Problem not fixed first time - annoyed to see same warning lights on/problems with car after being told it was fixed. But problem was fixed when car went in again, which I think took a bit of exploration and time. Appreciate that effort.

I was reassured by the mechanic's video that a thorough inspection had been done, but not a good start for a £1,002 service package. At least I'll have a BMW service history when I sell the car. Next time I'll book a courtesy car 2 months in advance.

I've given four stars simply because I was told to get my car to you at 7.30am but then had to wait one hour for your minibus to drop us into Canterbury after being told they run from 7.30am.

The communication about the completion of the service was particularly bad especially seeing I had called twice and asked for an update. You were unable to collect the car so we had to arrange for a lift to be collected to be taken to work and vice v

brakes replacement. However dashcam was left unplugged with wires hanging down. Also tyre pressure was not corrected so computer notification within a few days to inflate. Not to wash car sign left in car. Not the usual standard from BMW Canterbury

- I had to chase the service team at 330 despite having brought car in at eight. - the suspension was drained of fluid and I will now have to pay to have it fixed. It wasn't perfect when it came in but is terrible after the service. - aircon also

I had a recall appointment and after the checks had been completed it was found that my car was in satisfactory order. Rather than wait two hours I took the shuttle service into town and back. The car also received a clean inside and out.

You restore settings in my car that I then have to try to re set. Eg. my mirror now dips when I engage reverse and I don't want it to, I don't know how to change it back and it's infuriating.

Apart from the check in everythng was handled very well, I stayed while the car was serviced and chatted to the team and generally had a lovely time. I had a couple of cookies and a couple of cafe lattes (you need better beans try curve in Margate).

Booked online for a service and mot but had a message left to say couldn't accommodate my request so moved to the following day, I did get it moved back and arranged mot elsewhere on the day though I was offered an mot !!

Recall work recently undertaken remains outstanding on the Diagnostic tool. This should have been cleared off. Advised tyre condition would be an MOT failure. This proved to be only an advisory note when passed by local MOT centre.

The service experience was smooth but the boot lid does not close as well as before the MOT. It now needs to be slammed shut to register as closed. When the boot was first opened after the MOT there was a small loose spring next to the catch.

As I had an engine fault, I was delighted to be able to get the car in Barratts Canterbury to be looked at in just 4 days. The fault was fixed under warranty and I was impressed that the remote diagnostic enabled the fault to be fixed on the day.
