MOT was completed - feedback was clear. Would like to see specific time slots for MOTs though. They take around an hour but I was in the showroom for about four hours.

Initially very easy to deal with. Couple of issues in the branch that annoyed me. The young receptionist actually criticised my spelling when writing a note on the booking. I was horrified at her comments as she nervously giggled after every comment
