The Barrats BMW centre's experience was far superior to my closest BMW centre in Maidstone. How the salesman was and how the car was revealed along with the customer service was a 100% better.

Matt Reed and his superiors could not do enough for us and offered us a reasonable deal on the vehicle exchange. Matt in particular was quick to respond to any queries and always helpful and courteous.

Could of used more simple terms of repairs/service and was told could match/lower price I was given on quote I get else where, so I feel you could of just given me the lower quote to begin with if you could lower it after I've found lower else where

The work and service from Barretts was good, as always, while my car was there. I was very disappointed with the lack of support I received after receiving a false damage claim from the car hire company. There was no issue when I left it at Barretts.
