Everything was good, apart from the rip-off prices. £216 for each investigation (up to 1 hour) is extortionate. The price of replacement parts are ridiculously high, knowing that it is a captive market.

Worst case scenario was expressed first up but turned out to be bare wires.Car was repaired at first opportunity considering I had to wait over weekend.Car was cleaned and hoovered as well.Very impressed.

Outstanding service. The technician who worked in my car Craig did an exemplary job and the service experience from online check in and check out was great. Really liked the WhatsApp communication feature and communication from Elliot was first class

The only thing I asked to be looked at and repaired when the car came for MOT, was the wing mirrors. I was told the car was ready, but this had not been done, so it was kept for a 4th day. I was very grateful to have the car delivered back to me.

There is a fault with the car which is under warranty. BMW Canterbury say they fixed it but the fault is still showing on the dash. There is a a test to 100 % prove the fault is repaired, but BMW Canterbury will not perform that test.

Squeezed me in at the last moment as I had forgotten to book my MOT !! The driver of the minibus to the station was also a credit to your firm.

It's no reflection on Barretts - I'm less than completely satisfied because the issue has still yet to be resolved, but they have kept me informed and advised that the delays are predominantly whilst waiting for guidance from BMW.

As this is my first BMW, and it's 20 years old, the staff at the front counter were very nice and pleasant, I felt a bit letdown at the end, and I had to return due to airbag lights still on as this fault should've disappeared poor answer as still on

I encountered a problem but this was resolved thanks to the asst. Service manager Jackie (5* to Jackie and the tech who sorted it out). At MOT suggestion was replace break pads but at service told no need; unsatisfactory repair to windscreen washer.

It's a pleasure to visit Barretts. Everyone from the receptionists to the service rep are very friendly and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable and the shuttle service into the city is excellent and much appreciated.

The main issue was to check wheel alignment as i was concerned about a noise developing and possible tyre wear. The other issue under warranty was the washer bottle leak This was rectified but you didn't do the hunter wheel alignment check.

I would have like a courtesy car as I've always had in the past but now you are charging £30. Tbh when you're spending £500 on a service and you always buy from BMW I think it's short sighted to suddenly introduce a charge for a courtesy car.

I was offered a complimentary clean and hoover. I did not feel that this was carried out very thoroughly. The boot surrounds were still dirty and it had not been hoovered. Inside, the dashboard had not been dusted and the gearstick area was crummy.

to fetch your car in with a problem to be told there's no problem and then we'll charge you for it. I don't think it's very good practice After a long discussion they decided to deduct the diagnostic charge off

the service quote was reasonable but I then received video appraisal of the car several hours later with an additional £400 of work identified. After a follow up call some of this work was not needed.
