Vacancy: Customer Retention Manager At Broad Oak BMW/MINI, Canterbury.
Due to our continuing growth, we are looking to employ a Customer Retention Manager at our busy BMW and MINI Canterbury retailer. You will be responsible for increasing the Aftersales customer base whilst ensuring that existing customers remain loyal. You will be expected to develop and successfully implement a sustainable and effective customer retention strategy.
To succeed in this role you must: •Possess strong numerical, analytical, project and budget management skills •Be results-driven with a proven track record of delivery •Be flexible and able to prioritise work under pressure to meet deadlines •Possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business •Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint •Have a logical and methodical approach to your work •Be resourceful, pro-active and creative •The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or possess equivalent working experience
Knowledge of Aftersales and experience with a premium brand is desirable but not essential. Previous marketing experience would also be an advantage.
Your standard hours of work will be 8.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
