Always do just as promised. Car always ready on time or before at price stated. Problem with alloy wheel refurbishment on my BMW X3 m sport rectified free of charge and car delivered back to me at home fully valeted to save me going to collect.

The service department ordered a spare part and told me they would let me know when it was in. As I had not heard anything for nearly two weeks, I rang BMW who saud they had the parts in stock. I was a bit annoyed that nobody had contacted me.
I was satisfied with the service however I wasnt warned about how my fuel consumption on the screen would change for a few days so I thought the car had another problem

There was a issue with the oil filter replacement which was not very well explained to me or I got told was there was a problem with my car and it would be a 2 day job. The way my car was treated by the mechanics was not very good either.

Staff always helpful and friendly.. But even they can't perform miracles when the car is so bad that the engine is the let down and nothing is showing up in diagnostics.

Servicing was completed promptly (indeed, earlier than advised). I was given relevant information in person, both before and after the service was carried out, and my questions were answered clearly and courteously.

The experience from the Canterbury branch was faultless - 5 stars. But my wife first contacted the Ashford branch (nearer to home). Initial engagement from the service agent she spoke with was less than helpful, regarding a horn failure.

The chap that dealt with me in service department was incredibly helpful in listening to my complaint about the cost involved with replacing the pump and assisted with having the cost adjusted accordingly.
